Service Scope

Each package includes only the services described on our website. Any additional services (such as extra resumes, coaching, or edits beyond the revision limit) require a separate fee.

 Turnaround & Delivery

Turnaround time begins once full payment and required information (intake form, documents, etc.) are received.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Deliverables are provided via email or secure shared document (e.g., Google Docs or PDF).

 Revisions Policy

Each package includes a set number of free revisions, as stated on the package description.

Revisions must be requested within the stated revision window (e.g., 10–14 days after first draft delivery).

Revisions are for content provided in the original order — not entirely new content or direction changes.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are subject to a fee (quoted based on scope).

 Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information (resume history, roles, links, etc.).

Delays in providing requested materials may result in delivery delays.

Premium Resume Services is not responsible for job placement outcomes or interview results.

 Payments

Full payment is required upfront to begin any service.

Payments are accepted through [your payment gateways — e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or manual invoice].

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

Because this is a custom service, we do not offer refunds once work has begun.

However, we are committed to your satisfaction through our revision policy.

In cases of non-delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All client data, resumes, and correspondence are kept strictly confidential.

We will never share your documents or personal information without your written consent.

Files are stored securely and may be retained for up to 90 days post-project for revision purposes.

Content Use

We may request permission to use anonymous excerpts from your documents for portfolio or marketing purposes. This is optional and you may opt out at any time.

Premium Resume Services does not guarantee interviews or job offers. We provide professionally written documents to improve your chances, but hiring decisions are influenced by many external factors.
